How are our tees made?
We hand bleach each shirt to order. We have partnered with a local laundry matt and we utilize them for commercial washers and dryers and they assist in the folding process. I'm a firm believer in collaboration so its nice to have this partner ship and it allows us to commercial wash each shirt twice prior to shipment.

What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time will be up to 7-20 business days and we strive to have them out faster. During holiday rush times this is subject to change. When products are posted, we are very open regarding our turnaround time. Please remember these items are handmade and do require a little time to create.

S H I P P I N G- We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

R E F U N D S- Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, please contact me immediately on how to resolve this issue. Please refer to all size charts prior to purchasing if you are unsure of sizing.

That being said, I stand behind everything I sell, and your satisfaction is my TOP priority. If you are not in love with your purchase for some reason, please reach out via email so we can work on a resolution 🖤
